Dental Office Information

Screening Process:

At Precision Placement, we take great pride in the quality of our members. Precision's screening process is in-depth and comprehensive. We conduct personal interviews on all placements; we complete written and verbal reference checks and verify that all licenses are current and in good standing before sending a placement to your office.

Once an office placement is completed, we will send a short questionnaire to your office for your professional evaluation. We encourage written and verbal responses from all of our dental offices to continually improve the level of service that we provide.

Fees and Terms:

Daily fee for a Precision Placement representative working as a hygienist is $38. Daily fee for a Precision Placement representative working as an assistant is $22. Payment is due net thirty days from date of service and a 5% discount is offered if payment is received within 10 days of invoice date. Checks should be made payable to Precision Placement Dental Group, LLC. Mastercard and VISA are not accepted.

Precision Placement representatives are paid directly by the dental office upon completion of their work. Please see Dentist Contract Agreement for further details. Additionally, please be advised that NH state labor laws mandate that personnel be paid for the total number of hours worked.

Permanent Placement Fees:

Has a Precision Placement representative really hit the mark in your office? Do you feel they would be a valuable addition to your staff?

We also offer permanent placements and the fee is simply calculated by the number of days the individual will be working in your office. The fee for one day per week is $320; two days per week $640; three days per week $960, and so on. The fee for a half day or one day every other week is $275. This one time fee structure applies to both hygienists and assistants.
